The Fish Group has recently delivered exceptional results with both integrated and individual housing in Sanctuary Cove Resort.

In late 2003 John expanded the Fish Group into the 275 berth Hope Harbour Marina and the Chancellor Resort Hope Harbour which comprises 99 rooms of a 4 star standard.

2004 was the year the Fish Group entered into the Liquor market with the purchase of Hope Island Tavern. The Liquor division has now expanded in a short time to comprise 4 taverns and a chain of bottle shops and liquor superstore.

Selections of his innovative developments include the $650 million, 1,150 lot master-planned “Martha Cove” community in Victoria; the “Palladian” at Hope Island Resort on Queensland’s Gold Coast; and “Pearl Bay” at Oyster Cove also on the Gold Coast.
